The Office of Institutional Effectiveness provides information to support the University's decision making and institutional effectiveness processes. Specifically, the Office supports University planning, assessment, and evaluation processes by organizing internal and external data, conducting studies, and providing information to facilitate informed decision-making and improvement efforts in academic, administrative, and student support programs and services.
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness was located on the second floor Duke Hall, until the summer of 2017. The office is now located on the first floor of Grant Lee, the oldest building on campus. Grant Lee was built in 1892, and it has served multiple purposes for the University.
